TC & Associates, Inc. is owned and operated by the Partnership of Carmen Benitez and Daniel Benitez who bring 20+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruiting, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. The company currently employs three Account Executives, two Project Coordinators, two Researchers, and an Office Administrator. Our focus is to grow our business by continuing to find and hire the best recruiting professionals.

Our company has a philosophy of providing value-added business solutions as well as relentless service. Daniel Benitez:
For the first seven years of his career Daniel was an accounting professional in public & private firms. In 1996 he made the move to the Staffing Industry. As an accountant in another life, Daniel knows and feels the wounds of both the job seeker and the employer. He feels in order to have long term success, you must be able to listen and understand the needs and wants of both the clients and candidates. He specializes in recruiting for Accounting and Finance professionals and other disciplines include Healthcare, Information Technology, Sales, and Marketing. Consulting work includes Employee Retention, Management Training, Interview Skills, Personal & Professional Personality Assessments (Gallup).
Carmen Benitez:
Carmen is a masterful recruiter with 8+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. After a successful career placing healthcare professionals, Carmen created the TC & Associates Information Technology division to focus on the placement of Information Technology professionals and related fields. She also maintains a very active Healthcare desk. Carmen believes that finding the “right-fit” is the secret to recruiting for retention. She takes pride in building relationships and successfully bringing people together.
